I called Ron on a Monday morning after our hot water heater went out on Saturday. He offered to come over on Monday, but we were unavailable. He came over first thing Tuesday morning to assess the situation and was able to install the new water heater Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get to meet Ron in the morning, as I was at work, but since I came home in the afternoon, he made the effort to come over to introduce himself while his employee was completing the work. The new water heater is great (hottest water I've ever had), and Ron and his employee were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Certified Plumbing Services Inc.!
